Replaced hard drive, made screen look new again, gave other suggestions. Much lower price than other repair shops. Highly recommended! : )

I expected to spend a lot of money in repairs and a long wait time, but was remarkably surprised when my repair was simple and inexpensive. The owner takes his time not only explaining the issue and the repair, but also physically shows you on the laptop. I was surprised when I could have taken my laptop home the same day!
